DHAKA, Banglladesh -- Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arranged a coordinated traffic system for smooth movement of millions of outbound and inbound passengers of the country's capital ahead of the Muslim's largest religious festival, local newspaper reported Monday.
